My athletic background started at 3 when I started playing hockey, quickly followed by lacrosse, snowboarding, basketball, golf, and college rugby. I started strength and conditioning for sports and rehab the list of injuries that you’d guess with the sports I enjoy.
I love getting to see our athletes surprise themselves and improve their movement and strength. Whether teaching a beginner how to squat or perfecting Olympic lifts I keep coming back for the moments when everything clicks.
Playing golf, hockey, or anything outside. Cooking and drinking a large amount of coffee.
