CrossFit
CrossFit is Smokey Hollow's signature cross-training program that combines strength training, bodyweight training, and conditioning.
​
CrossFit focuses on functional, full-body exercises that will help you get in the best shape of your life and make you feel strong, confident, and capable.
Every day is different so you will break through plateaus and never get bored. You’ll practice and learn challenging movements like barbell power cleans, rope climbs, and Concept2 Ergs.
​
Don’t worry though, every movement is scalable for any age and ability level. All you need to do is show up with a positive attitude and give your full effort each day. 4-5 times per week we perform a dedicated strength or skill work block, prior to the workout of the day.
​
Each class is 60 minutes long and includes a coach led warm up, workout of the day, and cool down.
NEW PROGRAM
Legacy Program
The Legacy Program is a tailored fitness class for those aged 55 and above, focusing on functional movement. It's designed for individuals who reject the idea of fragility in aging, welcoming parents and grandparents aiming to reclaim health in their golden years.
Open to all, regardless of fitness experience, the classes follow the CrossFit approach with warm-ups, strength, conditioning, and cool-downs. Emphasizing the core-to-extremity concept, the program promotes a holistic fitness journey.

Cornerstone Youth Program
Our Cornerstone Program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young adults. Whether you are looking to try something new, or simply looking to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Our programming will push them physically and mentally, but will not break them down. Our class is safe and effective for young adults of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
Personal Training
While group classes can be fun and high-energy, there is no substitute for the coaching and attention to detail that you get in a 1-on-1 training environment.
​
Personal training is the ideal way to learn the skills necessary to excel in group classes, or for individuals who have very specific goals, or injuries/limitations that require additional attention beyond the group setting.
​
We start all of our personal training clients with detailed body composition testing, a full-body movement assessment, and an overall fitness assessment. From there we build out a program that is custom to you.
Olympic WeightLifting
If you weren’t a football player in high school or somehow had an amazing coach or trainer who exposed you to Olympic Weightlifting at a young age then you are most likely fairly new to the sport.
However, CrossFit has helped make Olympic Weightlifting a popular choice for many who are looking to get stronger and improve their athleticism.
