Program Description
CrossFit is Smokey Hollow's signature cross-training program that combines strength training, bodyweight training, and conditioning.
CrossFit focuses on functional, full-body exercises that will help you get in the best shape of your life and make you feel strong, confident, and capable. Every day is different so you will break through plateaus and never get bored. You’ll practice and learn challenging movements like barbell power cleans, rope climbs, and Concept2 Ergs.
​Don’t worry though, every movement is scalable for any age and ability level. All you need to do is show up with a positive attitude and give your full effort each day. 4-5 times per week we perform a dedicated strength or skill work block, prior to the workout of the day.
Each class is 60 minutes long and includes a coach led warm up, workout of the day, and cool down.
